Getting Started
1. Open your Welcome email from TransUnion
2. Click the link in the email to access the site
3. Create your password and security questions
After your first browser login, you can download the TruLookup app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and sign in using the same username and password.
For faster access, enable biometric login (fingerprint or face recognition) in the app if it’s enabled on your device. Once you're set up, you’re ready to explore!
